A Peek at Joshua Tree National Park

I was in the Joshua Tree National Park for a very short time at the end of April, my first visit.  A Joshua tree is a yucca brevifolia, it is tree-like and it grows only in the Mojave desert.  The landscape is full of areas of large boulders, some of which are good for rock climbing, many Joshua trees sprinkled around, broad expanses of flat lands, great views, hiking paths, and desert wildflowers, some of which were still in bloom.  Next time I would like to have more time!  I hope you can visualize a bit of the park.
